Our Aura Baits Story
Aura Baits began long before it had a name. It started with two people — Ronald and Shena — navigating real life, real challenges, and real healing. Nature became our refuge, our therapy, and ultimately our purpose.
Our journey began alongside the water, where Shena’s father first connected with Ronald. Fishing has a way of revealing a person’s true energy — their aura. Out there, he saw Ronald’s strong family values. Little did we know at the time, that connection alongside the water while fishing would set the foundation for our family.
As life moved forward — careers, a home, children, pets — the pressure grew. Corporate demands, personal trauma, and the pace of modern life pulled us away from peace. When Ronald’s father became critically ill and Shena faced a traumatic experience, nature became essential. The outdoors grounded us, restored us, and reminded us who we were.
As the growing demands put considerable weight on our shoulders, we realized our children were watching. They were learning from our stress, not our joy. We needed a different path — one rooted in presence, purpose, courage, and connection.
Together with our kids, we dreamed up a new life. We dreamed up Aura Baits.
